Can 5x114 3 fit 5x100. No there is a reason they require what they do. Using these adapters it would set the wheel up to basically be a 40 18x85 which after some research looked to be quite optimali did a lot of measuring to see if the wheels would clear the 5x100 studs. Vehicles must be 5x100 12mmx15 541 601mm hub bore. They are different therefore they will not fit. Only used when change 5x100 to 5x1143 rims. Our cars are 5x100 for a reason.

No only 5x4 or 5x100 will fit can 5x100 lug pattern rim fit on a 5x1143 lug pattern car. 1989 1991 es250 es300 es330 es350. In this case fitting and working are 2 different things. Ive seen a few aftermarket rims listed as being able to be fitted on both 5x100 and 5x1143 hubs. Rims dont give a general range saying well 5z100 5x1143 should fit ok. Wheel adapters have been used for years and are a safe tool to expand your wheel options.
