I thought i would do a quick video of how to install a wemo light switch on a 3 way light switch since i was getting quite a bit of conflicting information on whether you could or could not do this. Compatible with 3 way and single pole switches.

Convert 3 way switch to wemo. As explained in the products directions for installation white to white blacks to black and ground to ground. The most basic three way switch setup has two switches that connect and control one light fixture like switches on either end of a hallway staircase or large living area. 3 way wemo lights work exactly like a stock 3 way now. When you turn off the wemo at home or remotely the lights will go off. 3 before turning off the breaker should switch b be in the on position when i connect the wemo switch. The wemo 3 way smart light switch can replace traditional 3 way switches commonly found in hallways or stairwells where two switches control the same light.
