With the new photo cell the light still only stays on about a minute then goes off. I buy the house with the pool so im not sure how much time have the transformer or the light and it assembly.

Light turns off after a few minutes. Recently the generating light has gone off. If i turn the wall switch off and then back on again the light will turn on again for about a minute and then will stay off until the next daylight cycle or until i turn the switch off and on again. It turns on after the system has been off for awhile but then turns off again after a few minutes. It then wont turn back on for about a minute with flicking the switch but again the light goes out. I simply want the light to come on when door is opened and stay on for x amount of minutes and then turn off regardless of door position.
Even when the light is off the system voltage and amperage reads in the correct range for generating when in the on position and correct when in the off position. Other point the transformer electricity come from the same cable as the. I touch the transformer and its a little hot not to much but you can feel it. Apparently the old st app could do this. It has the same options as a regular dimmer when it comes to the st app. I have to put the switch back to off and leave it for awhile before i can have another 10 minuets of light in my kitchen.
