Park switch wiper motor. Check for continuity to ground at the terminal with the black wire. A if there is no voltage present then the problem lies within the dash switch the power feed to the dash switch or the wiring between the dash switch and the wiper motor. It keeps power to the motor until the wipers come to the parked position then cuts power. Wiper motor will continue to operate with switch in off position 1.
