The electrician used the red wire switched for the light at the outlet. Once these items have been identified then it is possible to make the correct wiring connections.

Changed light switch now no power in other rooms. All working well for several weeks. I flipped the breaker switch on and off 4 5 times and nothing changes. Turn off the power at the consumer unit make sure it is off and turn off all the light switches on that circuit then connect the three red or brown wires together make sure the three black or blue wires are separated and turn on the power using a tester on the three black or blue wires you should find one of these is live make sure the light switch for that light is turned on take note which one is live and turn the power off again connect the other two blackblue wires together and. I dont have any gfis in the room and checked the others in the house that are ok. The black wire that is dead is the power wire to the other rooms. By not breaking the tab you are back feeding power to the switch on the red from the black on the outlet. The source power in the power leading out to other areas and the switch wires leading to the light and fan. Checked voltage in light and was 0v.
The hot was routed through the switch box for the light and was also the circuit that powered a few rooms. Not sure if that helps but long story short look into your switch box for the light and see if you have the switch leg pushed back into the box and have the feedline side of your receptacles being operated at the switch. Here is the wire diagram within the outlet. I checked the connections in both the fixture and the switch and both are fine but still no light. One switch goes to the outlet to control a desk light and the other goes to the ceiling fan wlight. I turned the breaker off and replaced two light switches and when i turned the breaker back on there is no power to the two i changed and another switch i didnt change all on the same circuit.
